Born out of passion for these iconic trucks, Higher Ground Rovers specializes in the restoration of Land Rover Defenders.  Seeking out Defenders from around the world that are mechanically sound, yet cosmetically neglected, we produce “like new” vehicles.  Stripping each Defender down to the chassis, we build back up with a keen eye on inspecting all parts for condition and future performance. The end result is to create a better product than the original.
